Carolina Bay hosted their very own Garden Party! Residents were greeted with a mimosa bar, fruit and veggie cups, and bundt cakes! Live music by Haley Norris & David Walker. Music and Musicians were enjoyed by all. Such a lovely afternoon! We couldn’t have asked for better weather or company!
Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! When it comes to balance, there are many different components. these range from proprioception, visual feedback and vestibular systems. All are at play.
