Beginner and Intermediate Balance Classes !

Happy Wellness Wednesday everybody! Did you know balloons are great tools for practicing balance? We know how important balance is to our residents. Therefore, we offer 3 different levels of balance classes. There is something for everyone. While these classes may vary in skill level, we never vary the fun! Pictured below are a few of our beginner and intermediate balance classes this week!

Per our COVID-19 protocol, fully vaccinated residents are not required to wear masks.


An Olympic Pizza Party!

What’s better than a pizza party? An Olympic Pizza Party! There was a Red Team’s victory! The team is part of 2020 Carolina Bay Olympics. Everyone was invited. The residents enjoyed pizza and snacks. Most importantly, it was fun! Looking forward to Olympics this Fall!
