Don’t forget to change your batteries!
Typically a remote will slowly stop working as the batteries die. Under normal use, the batteries in a remote control should last up to 3-6 months. It is good practice if you do not use the remote control for an extended period of time, remove the batteries to avoid possible damage from battery leakage. Corrosion can occur and ruin your remote.
Please put in a work order if your remote isn’t working correctly!
