Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! We are lucky to have some very talented residents here at Carolina Bay. In one of our recent Silver Shakers Dance Clubs, one of our very own residents led a barre class for everyone!
An important part of our INSPIRE program is making it individualized for everyone. We love working alongside residents to find what they’re passionate about doing. Furthermore, next is helping them incorporate that into our wellness programing. If you have any passions or ideas to share, we’d love for you to bring them to Carolina Bay!

Residents of Carolina Bay enjoyed a sunny day at the Arboretum . Looking at beautiful flowers and plants is incredibly relaxing. They learned many interesting facts and history about the Arboretum. As a matter of fact, our Volunteer tour guide was a Master Gardener at the Arboretum.

This is no April Fools Joke! Carolina bay recently began a watercolor class. Not surprisingly, many of the residents signed up. They are able to express themselves creatively through this medium. Water color painting is a proven mood-booster and stress reliever! 🎨. We have some incredibly talented residents!
