Every year, Carolina Bay ends the summer with a Luau with dancing, food, music, and more! This year, we organized a raffle to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America! We had 20 local businesses donate items. A big thank you to all!
Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! On Friday we held our biannual “What To Do If You Fall” Clinic. We offered this clinic several times throughout the day, so residents could come down and learn different strategies for getting off the floor, moving to get help and review general information related to falls. #WellnessWednesday

Last Tuesday our residents learned about the Port of Wilmington during their tour! Interesting fact: the original buildings where they built ships in the 1800’s are still used today! Thank you to the N.C. State Port – Port of Wilmington for an amazing tour!
