Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Residents participated in a program called Tellegacy. They were paired with a college student.The two engaged in weekly phone calls recounting their life. The INSPIRE program is designed to help residents achieve greater well-being. This is achieved through integrative health and wellness programming. The “S” in INSPIRE stands for Spiritual. One can nurture our mind/body connection with a Morning Meditation session, a yoga or Tai Chi class. Perhaps, a resident-led Bible Study in our tranquil chapel.
