The Life Enrichment Department partners with our Dining Department once a month for a step-by-step Teaching Kitchen for our residents.
Chef Jessie walked us through how to make the perfect pan seared salmon with a fresh mango and avocado salsa. This educational experience is finished with a delectable sample. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the salsa was absolutely refreshing.
We asked our residents if they enjoyed the teaching kitchen and they all responded with two thumbs up! We are excited to see what’s in store for next month!
