Tai Chi Outdoors This Week!

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! As the weather is cooling off we are able to take advantage of our beautiful outdoor spaces for our exercise classes. Our Tai Chi apprentices took their fans and their flow into the courtyard this weekend! Tai Chi is an excellent mind body practice that engages multiple dimensions of wellness. We are thankful to have a wonderful teacher, Oliver Dante, to lead us week to week!
