Happy Wellness Wednesday folks!
The Azaleas are in full bloom around Wilmington and our bike club got to take full advantage of all the spring beauty! The bike club meets once a week to ride close to 7 miles. The route goes along the Cross City trail to UNCW’s campus and back through the beautiful neighborhood of Autumn Hall.
