Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! We love our water aerobics class for so many reasons. The heated salt water helps to relieve pain, improve circulation and provides resistance with low impact movements. Improve your strength, endurance and confidence with water exercise and have fun while you do it! We offer 8 pool-based classes a week at a variety of levels and free swim 5 days a week.#WellnessWednesday
