‘I’ in INSPIRE… Stands for Intellectual.

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Last week we resumed our monthly INSPIRE Series with Wellness Director Shannon Hardy. This month we focused on the second ‘I’ in INSPIRE which stands for Intellectual.
The INSPIRE acronym (Inclusive, Nutritional, Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Recreational, and Engaging) serves to guide our wellness programing to encompass all dimensions of wellness. Residents learned about intellectual brain health and well-being as it relates to aging.
