How to Mix Simple Pasta Dough

Once a month our dining director, Daniel, leads an instructional class on how to cook or bake a new dish. This month he showed our residents how to mix up a simple pasta dough and the process of turning it into different shapes of pasta. He added some herbs to the dough after flattening it out, to create a pattern. The best part of the class? Tasting the raviolis and noodles with homemade alfredo and tomato sauce We can’t wait to see what next month will bring!
