Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Here at Carolina Bay we have a wonderful fitness center. Equipped with some of the latest exercise equipment.
For Instance, the Keiser Pneumatic Resistance System. This equipment uses an air compressor which makes it quieter than iron based machines. Quiet is good! The resistance can be adjusted by the simple push of a button! Simple is a must !
The gym also has various cardio machines and free weights to provide you with all of your exercises needs.
