In honor of Cinco De Mayo, our new head Chef, Jessie, made homemade chips and fresh guacamole! Every Wednesday at 1pm he’ll be setting up a table in our Lighthouse Market and demonstrating a new recipe. Don’t worry, he shares his secrets! The trick to his guacamole is shallots instead of red onions and a splash of red wine vinegar!
