If you’ve enjoyed a meal at Carolina Bay, chances are you’ve met Lauren. She always has the biggest smile and greets her guests with ‘jokes of the day’. She even performed a stand-up routine at last year’s staff and resident Talent Show. We are lucky to have some of the kindest and friendliest dining staff! Thanks for being you Lauren!
