Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Each month wellness director Shannon Hardy will be discussing different aspects our INSPIRE program here at Carolina Bay. INSPIRE (Inclusive Nutritional Spiritual Physical Intellectual Recreational Engaging) is the foundation of our wellness and life enrichment programing. It has been developed to focus on holistic wellness to promote purposeful living for our residents.
