Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Today we kicked off the 2023 Carolina Bay Olympics Season with our first Olympics information meeting of the year. We discussed all things Olympics, completed event sign-ups, and ignited the Olympics spirit for both Red and Blue Teams! We can’t wait for this year’s competition!
