Happy Wellness Wednesday Folks! Wellness is so much more than just reps, steps, and workouts. It’s about connection, relaxation, and creating moments that nourish the mind and spirit just as much as the body. Residents in Memory Support at Bradley Creek enjoyed a Free Farmer’s Market this morning, and we’re so grateful to everyone who participated in this fresh and flavorful event.
Residents were invited to select their favorite fruits to enjoy, with containers provided so they could save some for later. Each selection was either delivered to their rooms for easy access or labeled and stored for staff to provide as needed throughout the day.
