We wanted to spotlight our Cardio Drumming class, "Pound It!" In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we hosted a special love-themed session where residents enjoyed a heart-pumping workout set to classic love songs alongside their neighbors! 🥁
We wrapped up the class with L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole as our cool-down track, giving everyone the chance to spell out “L-O-V-E” while singing along to this timeless favorite. 🎤
"Pound It!" isn’t just a great cardio workout—it’s a full-body experience! Residents engage both their upper and lower body, making it not only effective, but energizing and fun as well!
