Staying active has never been so much fun! Our Water Aerobics Circuit class on Wednesdays takes pool fitness to the next level with a variety of exercise stations that residents rotate through, building strength, balance, and endurance while enjoying time together. Smiles, laughter, and a great workout were flowing all around the pool today!

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks!
We made a splash this 4th of July! Our residents enjoyed a fun-filled morning at the pool, celebrating Independence Day. There was pool basketball, volleyball, music, and plenty of laughter. The festive decorations, friendly competition, and patriotic spirit made for the perfect summer celebration. 💦
