New Dementia Care Program, GEMMS

Bradley Creek Health Center is in the early stages of introducing its new Dementia Care Program. The program name is GEMMS. This program related to senior living community. The acronym GEMMS, stands for Genuine, Engaging and Meaningful Memory Support. It is Liberty Senior Living’s newest program. As a matter of fact, it caters towards memory support residents in its communities.
