A Community Rooted in Generosity
At Carolina Bay, generosity comes naturally. Residents carry a lifelong commitment to giving back, and that spirit shows up every day in meaningful ways.
One favorite tradition happens every Friday afternoon when the Crafty Chicks gather to knit, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, and more. Their handmade baby hats and chemo hats are donated to Betty H. Cameron Women & Children’s Hospital, offering comfort to little ones and patients alike. Residents also organized a book drive to help create a library for children at the hospital.
Community support shines each fall during Carolina Bay’s Farmer’s Market, featuring local vendors, live music, produce, pumpkins, crafts, flower arranging, and a bake sale. Donations and raffle proceeds benefit Going Beyond the Pink, supporting cancer patients and survivors.
Residents also rally behind Toys for Tots and Eden Village, collecting toys, food, and household items. Giving back is simply part of life at Carolina Bay, strengthening both hearts and the community they call home.
