Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Who said exercise couldn’t be fun? Our residents love to be active and exercise on a regular basis, but also love to have a good time and laugh together! When its rainy or windy outside, we don’t hesitate to bring the fun inside to the Wellness Studio!
