Carolina Bay Marketing team recently hosted a seminar for prospective residents. It was titled “The State of Real Estate in the Greater Wilmington Area – Tips, Trends and Timing.” Attendees received information on why now is the best time to sell. One of the speakers were Realtor/Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Don Harris of Intracoastal Realty. Also, Erin Barbee Keller shared tips on jumpstarting the downsizing process. Barbee is the owner of Turn Key Lifestyle. Her business focus is professional organizer/move manager.
