Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! During the summer months, we love to beat the heat and bring the fun inside! On Monday we started a month-long series of Indoor Games. This week, we played Wii Bowling, Football Throw, and utilized our HUR SmartBalance. We had tons of fun and can’t wait for next week!
This week, a group of residents enjoyed a guided tour at Cape Fear Museum lead by one of our own, Jack Mills. Jack was surprised by his colleagues at the museum with a birthday celebration! Thank you to Cape Fear for hosting us!
Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! Today we kicked off the 2023 Carolina Bay Olympics Season with our first Olympics information meeting of the year. We discussed all things Olympics, completed event sign-ups, and ignited the Olympics spirit for both Red and Blue Teams! We can’t wait for this year’s competition! #WellnessWednesday
