Madison Talks About Wellness

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! One of the wellness interns, Madison Norris, gave a presentation on wellness and self-efficacy. We learned about the different types of self-efficacy. We also listened to the best ways to improve our belief in our ability to succeed. Trying things outside of your comfort zone, like a new exercise class or activity with your neighbors is a great step. In addition, perhaps adding in some positive affirmations to your routine. Affirmations can stimulate improvements in self-efficacy that can correlate to an individual’s overall well-being. Thank you for the educational presentation Madison!
