Heart Healthy Challenge!

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! The month of February was National Heart Health Month. Residents were invited to participate in a month-long Heart Healthy Challenge! Participants were encouraged to attend wellness classes each week. Go to weekly meditation sessions. Participate in National Wear Red Day. And last but not least, attend a heart health panel with guest speakers from Cardiac Rehab! At Carolina Bay, we are always looking for new ways to motivate residents, and challenges like this are so much fun!
