What if I fall…Fall Recovery Clinic!

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! This week we held a fall recovery clinic. It focused on different tips and tricks to help residents be more prepared if they do fall. This included 4 strategies for getting across the floor to get help. Also discussed, ways to get up using a sturdy piece of furniture. We were aided by the wonderful physical therapists at Bradley Creek. Residents left with an information sheet. It is to take home to review what we learned. #WellnessWednesday
