Fall Prevention Attention to Balance

Happy Wellness Wednesday folks! A few weeks ago, our fall clinic focused on strategies to recover from a fall. When it comes to fall prevention, our weekly balance classes incorporate exercises that will help improve functional movement that can help prevent falls.

We offer a variety of class levels ranging from beginner to intermediate to advanced. This way residents can find whatever level they feel comfortable in to make sure they stay on track for their fitness journey.
